At Den Decor India, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade rugs and carpets. Each piece is carefully made to bring timeless elegance to your space. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item, along with photos of the product and packaging.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized rugs are non-returnable.
Products that show signs of use or have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Exchange
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a credit note based on your preference.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@dendecor.in within 5 days of delivery.
include your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only if the item is not replaceable.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
International Orders
Due to high logistics costs, returns for international orders are only accepted in case of damage or defect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
